Hello everyone! (First of all, sorry that English is not my first language) I have been practicing for three days and at the moment I can remember 2-3 dreams a day.
Normally, I see almost everything dark, like fog, although today, which is the third day, I managed to see it more clearly, but something happened... I dreamed that I was with my friends trying to lucid dream. And in fact, I remember looking at the mobile in the dream, and seeing how the letters changed and I couldn't read.
It was very weird, because I knew I was dreaming inside the dream, but it was like part of the dream story, I didn't manage to be fully lucid xD

Hey everybody,
To those that are familiar with Couch Flipping, I’ve recently noticed 3 out 4 sellers in my area suddenly listing new/used like new Costco sectionals and couches. I’ve asked Facebook groups and they seem to think it’s Bstock, however, I joined bstock just today and noticed they don’t have any furniture pallet sales atm, yet the sellers still seem to have inventory (granted I know shipping time could take a while month which could possibly mean that my competitors bought a month ago, but the price they’re charging for their pieces and my guesstimated price for a furniture pallet load on bstock doesn’t seem to make sense as they would be losing money).
My question is, where do you think they d possibly be getting their pieces from?

I am a 5 foot 9 white guy but I was raised by my Godparents after my parents died when I was 1. We lived in a country with the tallest female average height on earth. As a result all my first girlfriends were tall and I just happened to fall in love with the tallest girl at my school who was 6 foot 2.
She was my first love and we wanted to get married but my family then moved right at the end of highschool and this was before mobiles were prominent in that country, we lost touch and when I went back to see her her family had also moved because her father worked for an American company and was relocated. Crushed me and I never found her until many years later when she was married.
My next long term girlfriend was 6 foot 2 again, super opinionated, political and fiery, wore 4 inch heels everywhere on nights out. I saw her and was instantly love struck and I asked her to dance one night at a uni thing she was part of. She later told me she wasn't attracted to me at all due to my height and me being a fat little balding white guy lol, but my confidence completely won her over and she told me she loved me within 2 weeks. We were together for 5 years until she falsely accused me of cheating with her cousin. I was able to prove I couldn't have as I was at a party and her brother saw me there. But she was super jealous and i simply couldn't take it anymore after constant paranoia.
All my girlfriends after these first two were 5,11 at the shortest. I had maybe 30 hookups and casual relaitonships between then and 4 years ago when I converted.
I am looking for marriage with no marriage connections and I can only match with women shorter than me and it is driving me nuts. I can't date so my personality isn't a factor in this which I can utilize in real life. And women who are taller seem to filter me out.
I am pretty ugly, receeding ginger hairline, 5 foot 9 and but I was always extremely confident and charismatic. I also have a big penis at 8 inches in length and 5.6 inches in girth which girls always tease me is where my confidence comes from.
My ideal woman is someone built like venus and serena williams. But obviously womens ideal is a tall dark handsome man not a weird looking short man. Is there any hope for me to get with my preference on the dating apps, which muslim marriage apps basically are, but without the goal to match for casual sex but marriage first?

An Update

About a year ago I posted what I thought would be a little noticed but helpful set of rules for post-MOASS. It blew up and became frequently linked to alongside other post-MOASS DDs. Because of the attention it got I have been wanting to do an update for a while now, but have always put it off because it just didn't feel close enough to MOASS.
Well, it feels pretty darn close now.
What you will find here are two new rules and updated writing on existing rules. I have expanded, edited, and changed each rule to provide a little more to think about and consider.

The Rules

Rule 1: Keep Your Fk’n Mouth Shut. The biggest threat to your well being will be determined by who you tell and how many people know. There are ways to spend tons of money and not let people know you have it. Don’t let the left hand know what the right hand is doing. Don't call your mom because they will spill the beans to the family in a Facebook post. Tell no one you are an ape, that you made an investment, and that the investment had an infinite return.
There are reasons why murder and suicide rates are higher for anyone who has a sudden, large monetary windfall. Most of those reason have to do with them running their mouths and advertising to the world they now have money. People claiming to be cousins you didn't even know will show up. Friends you thought you knew would be chill will be hounding you about how you owe them. Its enough to drive people to take a life.
You will eventually break this rule, but do what you can to get through at least Rule 6 before you do. That will protect you and keep you safe, as well as help you get into the right mindset about your wealth. Once you reach that point, you will be keeping your mouth shut on how much money you have but will have a plan of action for how to talk about what you are doing with it.
Rule 2: Get Off Social Media This is practically Rule 1 again, but its going to save you so much stress during this whole process. The first thing it will eliminate is any temptation to break Rule 1 and brag about what you now have. The second thing it will eliminate is all the private messages, direct messages, and wall posts that will flood in from people who even suspect that your an ape who just made it big. It will also make you more zen and less likely to come across FUD. Lastly, it will prevent any business, scam artist, corporation, hedge fund, or government from having any of the information that can be gathered, analyzed, and sold through those platforms.
Don't just delete the apps, nuke your accounts. It will quiet your life, give you space to think, and remove you from influences that could end up leading you astray. If people want to contact you they will now have barriers in their way that you have full control over. You might find that its time to change phone numbers and prune your contacts list, but for most people that's going to be a drastic measure.
But where are you going to get the sweet post-MOASS memes and DD? Don't worry, they will all be here on the internet once you have set yourself up and the dust is settled. This isn't a forever rule unless you want it to be one, just give it a few months and focus on yourself without the distractions.
Rule 3: Don’t Buy The Lambo (YET). Pay Your Taxes. The taxman will take everything if you don’t give him his piece. Set the money aside, pull out what is only needed to survive for a month, pay off some debts, and just breathe. If you need to and haven't already you can build a dream wall of all the things you want to purchase. Be patient and work on being zen because at this point nothing but your own actions will ruin it for you.
Maybe the best thing you could do at this point is to keep your wealth from being easily accessible until you have followed Rule 5. You can't spend it if you can't access it. I don't know how to do that, so I'll leave that to another ape to explain it.
This rule is just as much of a step as it is a rule, and like the two before it will probably be broken or bent after you have followed Rule 5. During this time, start preparing everything you need to file the appropriate taxes and work with your future team. Rule 4 will help with this. I also recommend looking up driving schools that will give you the knowledge and experience you need to handle a Lambo, because I foresee a few apes ending their lives early when they find out just out much they were unprepared for the power super cars have.

Rule 5: Build The Team That Will Lift You Up. Get an accountant, a tax lawyer, an estate lawyer, and fiduciary financial advisor. Don’t go with any old joe. Find people who already work with successful millionaires. Look for big firms. Look for people who are complete strangers but have the reputation of trust. A few of the linked DD above will help you figure out the specifics.
I don't really have more to say on this rule except that it is vitally important to do. This team is for your protection. Protection from other people, and more importantly protection from yourself. Go in with questions, everything you will need to hand over to them so they can do their jobs, and a plan of action that they can guide you on.
I also plan on building a secondary team of people that I can delegate tasks to, but that is probably six months to a year out from MOASS. This will be real estate agents to find and buy properties for me, contractors who help me build or renovate on properties, an HR professional to manage people working for me, and managers to run stuff. None of the people on this secondary team will be friends or family. They will all be people with prior, proven experience that I have vetted and done my own DD about before hiring. Maybe this could be Rule 5.5, but friends and family create messy, blurry connections that only complicate things. They are also rarely the best person for the job.
Rule 6: Be Humble, Don’t Dance. Don’t make it rain. Don’t rub it in. Don’t show off. Remember where you came from, remember what it feels like to survive on mushy cheap ramen that has barely any flavor for years at a time. You came from poverty, and if you fuck this up you will go right back there. You might currently be living in a situation where you have to choose between rent and a tank of gas, don't ever lose the memory of what that feels like.
Because holding onto that memory will keep you motivated to change the world so no one has to feel like that. I'm going to be real for a moment and say that I watched my mother slowly die of breast cancer while homeless and raising my youngest sibling. I can't dance because that's what you do at the end of your journey, and as long as there are sick homeless mothers in this world my journey ain't over.
Dance after you have done good because of the good you have done. Follow Rule 8 and dance with the people you were a hero for. Right now is the time for the hard work, a time to roll up sleeves and grab the tools you'll need to fix the problems you see in the world. Now is the time to build the dance floor you'll share with your community, because it's no fun to dance alone.
Rule 7: Don’t Mess With Someone Else’s Money, Life, Or Spouse. Money can be a powerful thing, but don’t let it lie to you that you can have anything you want. Don’t screw over someone to make another dollar. Don’t see people as expendable. And don’t cheat or allow someone else to cheat. Play it safe and there won’t be any reason to take you to court, sue for money, or arrest you.
Outside of keeping your mouth shut, this is going to keep you the safest as you navigate your new life. Don't covet something someone else has to the point that you will try to take it from them. You should be trying to foster a mindset that avoids harm to others, and instead looks for alternatives when you can't have what you find yourself desiring. Avoid the circumstances that make you feel like murder, adultery, or theft are your best options and you should be golden.
Basically, don't become someone who suddenly has to fight to survive one more day while clutching your mayo jar in one hand and a bedpost in another.
Rule 8: Be The Hero People Need. You have an opportunity to leverage your money to improve the world, and not do it in a way that is covertly sinister. Build low-income housing, anonymously sponsor struggling but talented creators, set up scholarships, swoop in to fix major problems at a loss. Pick a problem, assemble a team, find a solution, make it happen, and quietly move onto the next problem.
I'm not going to invest space here on explaining and defining the many problems of this world, mostly because I know there will be apes who disagree with me, but here are some examples of what we might see apes do.

• Build homes and apartments for the homeless.
• Angel invest into start ups that seek to improve the world.
• Buy and ship out water pumps to communities that need them.
• Buy up a significant portion of a company's shares to push them away from destructive practices.
• Start up kitchens that feed people for free.
• Build CO2 capture fields.
• Become a major patron of the arts.
• Send hundreds of kids to college on full-ride scholarships.
• Work to reform the foster system and provide vulnerable children with safe and supported homes.
• Hire an army of Santa Clauses, buy a ton of toys and game systems, and have them deliver them on Christmas to kids in impoverished areas.

Rule 9: Bring People Along For The Adventure. You should also be the hero your friends and family need, though maybe not want. Find ways to change the lives of family members and friends in a way that doesn’t make them reliant on you but will let them join you on your adventures. Your team will have good advice on this, but make sure that you can build relationships on love and trust, not your bank account.
Your team will help you set up plans to protect your new wealth, your health, and your sanity while also providing for your family. Be sure to ask them early "How can I help my family without just giving them everything they ask for?" Because let's be honest, we all know at least one person that will call you up out of the blue and ask for something if they even suspect you have money. Hire someone to help you navigate that, build a plan on how to handle it, and even role play out how those conversations will go.
And once you have that plan working for you, look for meaningful ways to improve the lives of those immediately around you and take them along for the adventures you will go on. Get your parent's house fixed up and renovated. Send your sibling through college. Adopt that kid you know you can provide an awesome life for. When you have time to travel, bring people along that you know will appreciate and value the experience. Be the rising tide that lifts the people around you.
Rule 10: Care for your health. Get to the doctor you have been needing to see. Take care of that pain you have been ignoring. Talk to them about the headaches or the mole or stiffness. You can afford it now! (And yes, I get how that might not apply outside the US because only in the US do we ignore health issues due to income.) For mental health, see a professional even if you don’t think you will need one right away. A councilor at minimum will be able to help you talk through the complicated emotions you will be experiencing, but a therapist might be good if you have been ignoring your ADHD, anxiety, depression, or hallucinations due to your poverty. There is no shame in seeking unbiased, professional assistance! Also, if you are religious it wouldn’t hurt to seek spiritual guidance at this time.
You can't save the world and enjoy your life if you are too sick, or even dead, to do so.

Afterthoughts

I came up with these rules because I wanted to contribute to the community in a way that I felt was meaningful. I'm planning on following these rules, and yes that means I'll be nuking this account when I do my social media purge. To me, infinite returns means infinite responsibility and I would rather have rules to keep me focused than wing it.

Hello. I am not really sure what to say here so I am just going to type as if I am just speaking my mind. Last year around this time. I had confessed to my Christian girlfriend of my struggles with cocaine and alcohol abuse, on top of this I had came foreword and told her about my visit to a strip club with my friends during the peak of my problem. We talked it out, and I began going to church again along with her for the first time in many years since I was young. And for the first time I actually felt the spirit of god, began reading and praying daily for a few months and stayed completely sober. Didn’t even have the urge to turn back whatsoever, I felt peace… eventually that feeling had left me and I was still struggling very badly with pornography. One day without prayer and reading became a month, i then had a wisdom tooth extraction and was put on OxyContin. After my jaw healed, I dove head first into cocaine again, buying OxyContin without a script, morphine pills, adderal, smoking weed and drinking heavier than I ever have before in my life. I began to be filled with guilt and hatred for myself. I than did the thing that I don’t think I will ever forgive myself for, I cheated on the only woman to ever take me as I was and look over something she absolutely should have dumped me for. I am only 20 and I feel as if sin has a hold of my heart that I have no power to release. I will be coming foreword to my girlfriend when she his home from university with family and friends for the summer in April. I have lied, stolen, committed sexual acts that are an abomination to god with men and woman. I have had a substance problem since I was 13, I feel as if I am dead. So I broke up with my gf of 3 years about 8 months ago. She broke up with me because I was not able to give her assurance of commitment in the future and I was an asshole and honestly deserved to be broken up with. I get that, was probably best for her to leave me.

I said the "does it even matter" line because the vibe i felt was so off. I froze up when i heard her talk like that. We used to be best friends and a couple. A couple but also she was one of my closest friends. We used to spend hours talking everyday, she knew everything about me and she was one person I could confide in.
I froze up and didn't feel like it was worth it at all and I left. I left because I didn't know what to do and I needed some time to process that shit.

I'm trying to figure out the best way to work out a character concept. I wanted someone very mobile. I had thought about either taking a shifter with swiftstride or making a scout (not both as they both use the reaction). My question is that most DMs group enemies together for turns. So if there are two groups of goblins (ranged and melee), all of the melee could run up but because they take a group turn I don't really get any benefit of using the ability to get away, since after the first attack the group turn hasn't ended and I can only get away after all have attacked. Other than trying to convince my DM to stretch out the game by making each one take an individual turn is there any way around this?

Hello! I’m a college freshman, F19, and I just don’t understand why girls can be so mean to each-other. To put into context, in the beginning of my first semester I had this great group of friends (all girls), or so I thought. As the semester carried on, my two friends started hanging out more without me and when I confronted them about it, they apologized but didn’t fix the issue. After winter break, it got a lot worse. I would go to their room because they had moved in with each-other without my knowledge, to see what we were doing that night. They proceeded to tell me they were doing nothing but went out to party without letting me know shortly after I would leave the room. This continued and I kept trying to hang out with them, but there was always an un-welcoming feeling in the room. At first, when all this was all happening I thought I was overreacting, you guys are probably thinking that too. But it was when I stopped hanging out with them and made more friends that it became clear I was not. They both came up to me and apologized for leaving me out and said that I was the one who wasn’t putting in effort to hang out with them. That’s when I told them I was no longer going to be friends with them.
A few days later they made a new friend, my “replacement”. I stayed civil as I am in the same sorority as one of them and just went about my business.
Now the exact same thing (to a tee!) is happening to one of the girls I was friends with. And because they are now roommates it has made the whole situation worse. My “replacement” has been sleeping in their room for almost two months now, even tho she lives two floors down in the same building. My old friend doesn’t feel comfortable in her own room anymore and her mom is telling her to come home. Our RA is doing everything she can, but her supervisor told her “this is out of your authority”. I feel so bad for what she is going through because I went through the exact same thing because of this girl we thought was our friend. I’ve talked to some of my other friends who go to different schools, and the exact same thing has happened to them or someone they know, But every guy friend I’ve talked to has never had this problem. It just confuses me so much to think if guys don’t have problems like these, then why do girls?

My dad's been drinking pretty much all his life, he still takes care of/support the family and has been working until a couple of years ago. He's not a bad person exactly, like he doesn't get abusive or anything but it's just been endless frustration dealing with him so far.
He landed himself in the hospital in Feb for alcohol withdrawal and of course even after that he's still back to his old habits and spending for alcohol. I'm still learning to "set boundaries" but I'm not gonna lie and say that I'm not angry and done with him nowadays most of the time. Not forgetting to mention he hates going to the doctors too and trying to get him to go for a checkup is just so damn tiring. And the doc told me that if he doesn't feel right in these couple of days before the blood test I should take him to the A&E.
And my first thought was honestly why? How is this fair when he never listens? I feel bad for thinking that considering he's well, there for most of my life and we're a pretty normal family but there are so many times now when I feel like lashing out at him. He's taken care of me since young so I'm supposed to do the same for the consequences of his shitty habit now. He's the reason why I detest alcohol and actively avoid it.
People saying adults should be responsible for their own actions but this goddamn it still feels so frustrating. Idk what I'm saying anymore but family ties can get frustrating. At times I'm glad that he's a part of my life still but times like these I kinda wish he wasn't. I feel mean and bitter and honestly I would rather go deal with my anxiety instead.
As selfish as it sounds I want to live for myself since I have my own life right now. I don't feel like a complete adult yet despite being 25 but I feel like I'm still learning. I don't want to worry but I can't help it.

I (36M) have recently been in an accident and have since been undergoing the recovery process. As part of that I have a physiotherapist (25? F) coming over 3 times per week to work on mobility for my lower back, hips and legs. We usually have one hour long session in our den/improvised gym where she helps me with certain stretches, movements, as well as massages and pulls my body as necessary.
Now the issue is that my wife (37M) recently confronted me basically asking me to stop seeing my therapist and find someone else. I was confused at first, since we are making good progress and I like her approach and communication style. The exercise causes some pain and I can use the support that I get from her and she has been nothing but lovely with me.
As it turns out my wife is uncomfortable with the fact that my therapist is a young (objectively) attractive woman, she also noted that my therapist calls me by my first name while always referring to my wife as "Ms. Last name". I think it makes sense, since I'm the patient, but my wife didn't like that. Finally, according to my wife my therapist gives her "dirty looks" and doesn't bother to explain our progress. Again, I don't think it matters since I get the information that I need and my therapist is there for me.
AITA for basically dismissing my wife's concerns and saying that since I'm the patient she doesn't get a say in who should be treating me? It caused quite a stir in our marriage but I think she's being somewhat selfish and even childish and should probably address her own insecurities instead of taking it out on me.

Any bolt and TM3 owners? What are the differences in insurance I was looking at a bolt EUV sun and sound with supercruise. But with all the markup and the higher interest compared to a TM3, my monthly payment is about the same. Also, charging speed is a none issue since I will do most of my charging at home, mainly for local communities, work, grocery, etc.
